Richard Holt Obituary
Richard P. Holt, 70 of Little Rock, passed away peacefuly June 7, 2020. He is survived
by daughter, Rolanda (Quisha) Banks, Son, Stanley Brown, ex-spouse, Carrie Holt,
siblings, James Holt, Penny (Ken) Lockett, and Geraldine Baker, grandchildren, great-
grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Memorial Services, Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 12:00 noon, Friday, July 7,
2023 with full military honors.
