Dr. John Eunice Fluker, 89 of Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life, Sunday,
May 24, 2026. He was preceded by his loving wife, Jean Fluker, and survived by two sons,
Victor (Dana) Fluker, and Darryl Fluker, brother, Lewis (Carrol) Fluker, grandchildren,
Gabrielle Fluker, Matthew Fluker, Brianna Terrell, nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
Dr. Fluker was quite an active person during his lifetime and loved by family and friends.
He was well known in the community. He was a professor and Dean of Business at the
University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). He was a member of Wesley Chapel United
Methodist Church, a graduate of Morehouse College, a member Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity,
first President of the Little Rock Fordyce Club, and was awarded the National Fordyce Club
Honoree, An Engineer for NASA Apollo 11 Mission, among other tributes involved in his life.
Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
