Earl Perkins, Jr., 76 of Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life
Sunday, May 12,2024. He is survived by his son, Earl Perkins III,
one daughter, Misha Lynnette Perkins, two sisters, Venita Minikwu,
Lula Francell Perkins, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives
and friends.
