Charlotte Marie Mastin was born October 1, 1961 to the union of
Nellie Benson Eddings and Walter Eddings in Little Rock, Arkandsas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Eddings, daughter,
Chastity Marie Fulmer Stivers, and grandmother, Helen Marie Stone.
Charlotte is survived by her mother, Nellie Arnold, brother, Shaun
Eddings, sister, Renata Galvan, grand-daughter, Chloe Marie Stivers,
great-granddaughter, Indigo Sorrels, nieces, Lucy Garcia, Emma
Grarcia, nephews, Homer Garcia III, Michael Garcia, best friend, Patsy
Stalter, other relatives and friends.
Charlotte had a heart of gold and was known for her loving and
sweet personality. She was a compassionate person who would
always go out of her way to help others. Charlotte loved animals and
her passion for them led her to become a well-loved groomer and
owner of Chicot Kennel & Grooming All Breeds.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoyed gardening, decorating, and Southern
cooking. She cherished spending time with her family and especially her
grand-daughter, Chloe Marie Stivers, and great-grand-daughter, Indigo
Sorrels, and niece, Lucy Garcia. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
